Service design for a targeted group of individuals. Mapping elderly perspectives and service ideas for an old age home. A brand identity attempt to the catering service exclusively done by the elderly hands, listing their purpose and mission to spread the word of the elders.
A study to understand the current system of old age homes in India and identify loopholes that can be filled by bringing in other stakeholder services to make the entire system more inclusive, and collaborative and retain/increase its affordability and accessibility.
