Service Design For Old Age Home Catering

This project involved service design aimed at a specific group—elderly individuals—by mapping their perspectives and service ideas for an old age home. It also included creating a brand identity for a catering service run exclusively by seniors, highlighting their mission and purpose to promote the value and voice of the elderly.
A study to understand the current system of old age homes in India and identify loopholes that can be filled by bringing in other stakeholder services to make the entire system more inclusive, and collaborative and retain/increase its affordability and accessibility.
