Chickpete, the heart of Bengaluru's Marketplace was a place of interest considered for this project. Conducted on-site explorations and field visits to decipher human and non-human actors in spaces as a sense of gathering. Here I was able to distinguish landmarks that were quintessential for center points of rendezvous and references, created an annotated overlay map to display points of my conduct and investigations.

The project explores the theme Seeing, Doing, Being, challenging the capitalist perspective of Human-Centric Design (HCD) by fostering imaginative and community-responsive alternatives. It begins with the question, "What kind of human-centered design practitioner could I become?" and encourages personal exploration of this inquiry.

A key focus is Gathering Spaces, examining how human and non-human actors shape spatial design, artifacts, and systems. The project investigates the visibility and interactions within these spaces, exploring diverse methods of assembly and the interplay of actors influencing design.

Anchored in Auto-ethnographic practices, the project emphasizes creative exploration, self-reflection, and metaphorical interpretations of space. It aims to reimagine design practices by questioning presence and absence, fostering a deeper understanding of design's role within spaces and communities.
